Welcome to the Rest Club

Your Monthly Nervous System Reset

If you are constantly doing, thinking, and holding everything together. This is your space to stop.

Rest Club is a 45-minute monthly online Restorative practice designed for overwhelmed women who are tired of living in survival mode.

Not just tired.
Nervous-system tired.

Tight shoulders.
Shallow breath.
Racing thoughts at night.
Exhausted but wired.

This is where you learn to shift out of that state.

What You’ll Experience

Through deeply supported Restorative Yoga and gentle regulation practices, your body begins to feel safe enough to soften.

Your breath slows.
Your muscles unclench.
Your mind quiets.

You move from constant doing into presence.

I know the power of rest from my own life.

I rest to recover after poor sleep.
I rest when I feel anxious, because relaxation and anxiety cannot coexist.
I rest to make space for sadness and grief.
I rest when my energy is low or my body feels vulnerable.
I rest when creativity feels blocked, so inspiration can return.

These are simple moments, but they are powerful. And they are meant to be shared. The Rest Club is an invitation to pause together,
to feel supported, and to remember that you don’t have to earn your pause.

About Me

I first discovered rest during a teacher training and immediately knew it was what I needed in my life. Years and many trainings later,

I feel deeply honored to be learning, studying, and assisting with my teacher, Judith Hanson Lassater.

Am I relaxed all the time?
Oh my God, NO. Not at all.

But the practice of Restorative Yoga has offered me a tool and a community to have a place where I can allow myself to be.

That has grounded me, balanced me, and changed how I move through life. It’s also what inspires me to share this space with you.

The world needs rest.
You need rest.
We need rest.

Come and join me.
