


Yoga has taught me to trust the flow of life. That’s why I practice and why I teach.
My heart is especially in supporting aging bodies through midlife and beyond. Our bodies change, and our yoga practice should change with us, too. It’s no longer about pushing as we did in our 20s or 30s, but about moving with more awareness, strength, compassion, and ease.
Change is constant. Yoga helps us move with it instead of against it.

4:30-5:30 PM Gentle Yoga
Combines breath and mindful movement at a slower pace to improve balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength while making yoga accessible to beginners and refreshing the foundations for experienced practitioners.

5:30-6:45 PM Slow Flow Into Relaxation
A mindful flow to release stress, improve mobility, and transition into deep relaxation with greater ease.
WEDNESDAY
10:00-11:00 AM Deep Tension Relief
Yamuna® Body Rolling to release tension, improve alignment, and help the body feel more supported and at ease.
THURSDAY
4:30-5:30 PM Move Well • Age Well
Build resiliency, balance, and mobility in ways that support a healthy body and mind in midlife and beyond.
6:00-7:00 PM Rest & Restore
A calming practice designed to nourish the nervous system and invite deep rest for body and mind.
SATURDAY
10:30-11:45 AM Body Rolling
1-2 times a month, I offer Yamuna® Body Rolling to release tension, improve alignment, and help the body feel more supported and at ease.
