​SELF-CARE Retreat​

 

You’re warmly invited to step into a nurturing retreat designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. These gentle days are an invitation to listen inward, move with awareness, and rest deeply.

Together, we’ll explore a soothing blend of mindful movement, self-massage, and guided relaxation. Through Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling, and restorative practices, you’ll be lovingly supported in releasing tension, calming your nervous system, and coming home to your body.

FRIDAY

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Save Your Face Rolling – Special Evening Session

An intimate, limited-capacity evening experience designed to release facial tension, soften the jaw, and melt away stress from the week.

This deeply restorative session supports relaxation of the nervous system while gently unwinding stored tension in the face, neck, and head.

Included in this offering:

- A set of face balls (yours to keep)

- One complimentary online group session with Silke

A nourishing way to close the day and reconnect with ease.

Price: $75 (This event is limited to 8 participants.)

SATURDAY

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Energy Medicine Yoga
Awaken and balance your energy systems through gentle, intentional movement and breath. This session supports vitality, grounding, and a clear, calm mind to begin the day.

11:15 AM - 12:15 PM

Yamuna Body Rolling (Hands & Feet Focus)

Release tension and improve mobility in the hands and feet, creating more space and freedom throughout the entire body. You will notice enhanced circulation, better alignment, and a deeper connection to your foundation.

 

12:15 PM - 1:45 PM Lunch Break

1:45 PM - 2:45 PM

Yamuna Body Rolling (Whole Body Session)
A full-body rolling practice designed to lengthen, tone, and re-educate the muscles while stimulating bone and fascia. Feel aligned, spacious, and revitalized from head to toe.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Restorative Yoga
Slow down and deeply unwind with fully supported poses that calm the nervous system and invite profound relaxation. The perfect closing practice to integrate the day’s work and restore inner balance.

Price per session: $25​

This retreat is for anyone longing for more ease, balance, and spaciousness in body and mind. No previous experience is needed. Just come exactly as you are, and allow yourself to be cared for.

Yamuna body rolling has been an amazing addition to my self care regime. Silke teaches with so much grace and knowledge. Each session is different and extremely helpful in relieving pain and tension in the body. This is the most complementary practice to all physical exercise and helps me in recovery from my other workouts.
