​SELF-CARE Retreat​

 

You’re warmly invited to step into a nurturing retreat designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. These gentle days are an invitation to listen inward, move with awareness, and rest deeply.

Together, we’ll explore a soothing blend of mindful movement, self-massage, and guided relaxation. Through Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling, and restorative practices, you’ll be lovingly supported in releasing tension, calming your nervous system, and coming home to your body.

FRIDAY

Save Your Face – Special Evening Session

An intimate, limited-capacity offering to unwind facial tension, soften the jaw, and melt away stress from the week.

SATURDAY

Begin the morning by gently awakening your body with Energy Medicine Yoga, followed by a nourishing practice focused on the hands and feet. After lunch, we’ll explore hidden areas of tension and gently roll them free, closing the day with deeply restful, supported poses that invite profound relaxation.

This retreat is for anyone longing for more ease, balance, and spaciousness in body and mind. No previous experience is needed. Just come exactly as you are, and allow yourself to be cared for.

Yamuna body rolling has been an amazing addition to my self care regime. Silke teaches with so much grace and knowledge. Each session is different and extremely helpful in relieving pain and tension in the body. This is the most complementary practice to all physical exercise and helps me in recovery from my other workouts.
