What is Fascia Yoga?

 

In Fascia Yoga, I integrate the diverse approaches I’ve learned to work with fascia. While rolling is one method, fascia work goes far beyond that! You can engage your fascia through: Creative, playful movements, Tensegrity and expansion in all directions, Flowing and melting stretches, Myofascial self-massage (hands, balls, rollers), and Sensory awareness (sound, touch, micro-movements).
