Fascia Release, Yamuna Body Rolling, and Relaxation

Join me for a nurturing 4-hour workshop that blends mindful movement, self-massage, and deep rest. In this immersive experience, you'll explore the powerful combination of Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling, and guided relaxation practices to reconnect with your body and restore your nervous system.

 

What to expect:
Gentle Yoga to awaken and align, Yamuna Body Rolling to release tension and improve mobility, Breathwork and guided rest to calm the mind and support deep healing—space to slow down, feel, and replenish.

9:30-10:30 am Gentle Yoga I 10:30-11 am break I 11 am-12 pm Yamuna Body Rolling I 12-12:30 pm break I 12:30-1:30 pm Slow down and rest

Yamuna body rolling has been an amazing addition to my self care regime. Silke teaches with so much grace and knowledge. Each session is different and extremely helpful in relieving pain and tension in the body. This is the most complementary practice to all physical exercise and helps me in recovery from my other workouts.
