Why This Course Is for You
This course is for you if life feels like it has become one layer too much.
Many of us are raising children, still working, and often caring for aging parents at the same time. Just when life is already full, our bodies begin to change. Hormones shift. Sleep becomes lighter. Stress feels closer to the surface. Our fuse gets shorter, and the smallest things can feel overwhelming.
This is often the worst moment to add another demand on ourselves. And yet, that’s exactly when we tend to push harder.
This course is here to help you step off the exhaustion carousel and find a way back to yourself.

What This Course Is About
This course is rooted in my deep love for rest and pause, and in my belief that rest is not a luxury, but a necessity, especially in today’s exhausting world.
Menopause often arrives quietly at first, sometimes as early as our late 30s. It creeps into life while other signs of aging appear too: less energy, aching joints, belly fat, hot flashes, night sweats, gray hair, and wrinkles. Who is really in the mood to celebrate then?
And yet, in many cultures, women at this stage of life are honored as wise women.
This course is an invitation to change the way we relate to this transition. Not as something to fight, but as something to understand and support.
What This Course Is Not About
This is not another menopause course focused on fixing you.
It is not about diet plans, strength training, hormone replacement therapy, supplements, or natural remedies.
It is not about teaching you how to push through or optimize yourself even more.
It is not about preparing you to teach this material to others.
Those topics have their place, but they are not the heart of this course.

Q & A
What if I can’t attend live? No worries. All sessions are recorded and accessible for one year.
Do I need special equipment? A yoga mat is helpful. Props are welcome, but not required. I’ll always offer ways to rest and practice, even if you don’t have yoga props at home.
Can I pay in euros? Yes, I have a bank account in Germany with the possibility to pay me in Euros.
What is my refund policy? I offer a 95% refund policy. Just email me within one week of enrolling and before (one week before start) ..., and I can reverse the charge (minus third-party credit card fees) back onto your card. Refunds are not available after ...

Who am I?
I am a 55-year-old woman in menopause myself, married, and a mother of three. Yoga is my life, and teaching is where I feel most at home.
During my own menopause journey, I learned how powerful rest truly is. Rest supported not only my menopause symptoms but also the aging process that comes with this phase of life.
As a certified Restorative Yoga Teacher Trainer (Level 1 and 2) and assistant to my teacher, I know how to support women with care, sensitivity, and experience. This work is my passion and my calling, and it is what I want to share with you in this course.
