Restorative Yoga

"Restorative Yoga is magic and the magic is it doesn’t work if you don’t do it."

Restorative yoga is the use of props to support the body in comfortable and relaxed poses to promote health, well-being, and relaxation. Explore the power of rest and stillness. When the body is still the mind can rest and healing can occur. Restorative Yoga has endless benefits: muscle relaxation, improved health, boosted immune system, improved sleep, lower heart rate, and like my teacher always says: "You can't be anxious and relaxed at the same time," which hints at the benefits: Restorative Yoga can also help with anxiety.

Silke's restorative yoga is a great way to deeply relax and recharge your batteries.
