Experience the transformative benefits of Yamuna Body Rolling in Silke's monthly workshop, where she shares her passion for this practice. Here's how she describes why she loves it:
"I started body rolling a few years ago and immediately fell in love. My body instantly felt more relaxed and balanced. I noticed better joint alignment and a different weight distribution in my feet. My legs felt alive and more toned. It was like the best massage I’d ever had, but I could give it to myself simply by rolling on a ball."
Online attendance is available only if you have a Yamuna ball at home.
