Rolling Through the 5 Elements with Silke | In-Person & Online

Join me for a series of five seasonal online courses. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, a balanced flow of energy is important for good health. Each month we focus on one element (Summer • Late Summer • Autumn • Winter • Spring). Explore the properties of each element, rolling to release excess energy or to recharge a lack of energy. After 75 minutes, you will feel strengthened and more relaxed. No previous experience is necessary.

Yoga for Self-Discovery: A Journey Through the Chakras

What is a chakra? In yoga philosophy, a chakra is an energy center in the body. The chakras in the body; correspond to a physical area and have specific energetic and emotional qualities. If you’re new to this concept, It may sound very woo but the cool thing is, each chakra corresponds to a specific theme and aspect of our human nature that we can all relate to. Explore the energy of each Chakra through yoga poses, essential oils, stones, symbols, and music. No yoga experience is required!
