Slow Flow Into Rest & Relaxation combines the best of both worlds: gentle movement and deep relaxation. Begin with 45 minutes of mindful, flowing sequences, followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga to promote deep rest and renewal. Using props to support the body, you’ll settle into poses that encourage relaxation, reduce tension, and foster healing. Silke’s calming presence will guide you through a practice designed to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and at ease. Perfect for all levels, this class is especially beneficial for those looking to unwind and relax.

Slow Flow & Somatic Strength

12-1 pm

In this Slow Flow and Somatic Strength class Silke combines slow, flowing movements and short sequences to build strength and resilience with deep body awareness while promoting relaxation and improved mind-body connection. Each class she focuses on a specific asana (the benefits and right alignment of it) or yoga principle (like the Yamas and Nyjamas). Perfect for beginners as well as experienced yogis.

Rest x3 for Body, Mind, & Spirit

"Restorative Yoga is magic and the magic is it doesn’t work if you don’t do it." Restorative Yoga uses props to support the body in comfortable and relaxed poses to promote health, well-being, and relaxation. Explore the power of rest and stillness. When the body is still the mind can rest and healing can occur. Restorative Yoga has endless benefits: muscle relaxation, improved health, boosted immune system, improved sleep, lower heart rate, and like my teacher always says: "You can't be anxious and relaxed at the same time," which hints at the benefits Restorative Yoga can have for people with anxiety.

This 75-minute class is offered at a 60-minute class price!
