Perfect for anyone looking to reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel more connected to their body. No prior experience with Yamuna or yoga is needed—just a willingness to explore and unwind! Join us for a free 30-minute “Asana Lab” every Friday at 3 PM! Each session focuses on a single yoga pose, exploring alignment, modifications, and techniques to deepen your practice. This is a great way to refine your postures, ask questions, and get to me. Open to all levels—come ready to learn and move!

Yamuna Body Rolling

Roll away your pain! Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) is a fantastic workout that can help reduce pain, strengthen your core muscles, and energize you. Yamuna balls are specifically designed to work in all areas of your body. YBR is a full-body relaxation from head to toe. Enjoy a strong, toned, pain-free, and unrestricted body with YBR. This method is effective for everyone. No matter your age or shape, whether you want to move better, feel better, improve your workout, or relieve stress, Yamuna Body Rolling will work for you.

Restorative Yoga

"Restorative Yoga is magic, and the magic is it doesn’t work if you don’t do it." Restorative Yoga uses props to support the body in comfortable and relaxed poses to promote health, well-being, and relaxation. Explore the power of rest and stillness. When the body is still the mind can rest and healing can occur. Restorative Yoga has endless benefits: muscle relaxation, improved health, boosted immune system, improved sleep, lower heart rate, and, like my teacher always says, "You can't be anxious and relaxed at the same time," which hints at the benefits Restorative Yoga can have for people with anxiety.

This 75-minute class is offered at a 60-minute class price!

Silke approaches the participants with a lot of patience, skill, and attention and encourages everyone to practice at their own pace and according to their own abilities. She offers a variety of options: yoga for energy, strength, relaxation, and flexibility. All of this is framed by her grounding, warm and appreciative presence. Silke's yoga classes are really special and healing on all levels.
