When we think about the hips we often forget the importance of the muscles above and below them. In part 1 of the 3-part series, we start with easing tension in your belly, waist, and lower back muscles. Tension in these muscles can create an imbalance and tension in your hips. If you feel any discomfort or pain while rolling, please STOP !!! Never roll or use any pressure in areas that are painful. Listen to your body!
