Rest Is a Skill, Not a Luxury

Hi, I’m Silke. I guide overwhelmed women out of survival mode and into nervous system regulation so you can move from constant doing into presence, from worrying into feeling safe in your body.

With more than 3,000 hours of teaching experience in yoga and therapeutic movement, I support you in releasing stress-related body tension and rediscovering calm, grounded strength.

Through Restorative Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling, Energy Medicine Yoga, and Fascia Yoga, my work focuses on helping your body soften, regulate, and remember what it feels like to rest.
