It can be a feeling of being energy being stuck in spring, or too much heat in the summer, or a feeling of grief in fall, or your battery is running low in the winter. The 5-element theory based on Traditional Chinese Medicine is a way to learn more about yourself, your mind, and body, whilst moving through the seasons.

Why Energy Matters

 

The one important thing to know about energy: Energy wants to flow!

When energy is not flowing, problems can manifest in our system. Yoga is a great tool to unblock your energy, and even better when you align it with the changes of the season, moving through a year.

More importantly, you will connect to yourself on a deeper level. It will be like getting to know yourself through a different lens.

What This Is About

 

We are following along with the 5 elements (water, wood, fire, metal, earth). Each element relates to a specific time of the year, and you will explore and learn what your body needs in each season and during transitions.

Format of the Course

Once a week, we meet online on Zoom for one hour.

The Zoomlink will be sent to you 24 hours ahead of time via email. ​

Maybe only bi-weekly, or monthly with recordings.

I first discovered rest during a teacher training and immediately knew it was what I needed in my life. Years—and many trainings—later, I feel deeply honored to be learning, studying, and assisting the queen of rest, Judith Hanson Lassater.

Am I relaxed all the time?
Oh my God—no. Not at all.

But the practice of Restorative Yoga has offered me a tool and a community to have a place where I can simply allow myself to be. That has grounded me, balanced me, and changed how I move through life. It’s also what inspires me to share this space with you.

Q & A

What if I can’t attend live? No worries. All sessions are recorded and accessible for one year.

Do I need special equipment? A yoga mat is helpful. Props are welcome, but not required. I’ll always offer ways to rest and practice, even if you don’t have yoga props at home.

​​Can I pay in euros? Yes, I have a bank account in Germany with the possibility to pay me in Euros.

What is my refund policy? I offer a 95% refund policy. Just email me within one week of enrolling and before (one week before start) ..., and I can reverse the charge (minus third-party credit card fees) back onto your card. Refunds are not available after ...
