Hip love continues .... In part 2 of the 3-part series, we start with easing tension in the hamstrings, quads, IT band, and adductor muscles. Imbalances between the front and back of the leg, or inside of the leg and outside of the leg can cause imbalance and tension in your hips. If you feel any discomfort or pain while rolling, please STOP !!! Never roll or use any pressure in areas that are painful. Listen to your body!
