How Each Live Session Supports You
Each live Zoom session guides you through the current seasonal energy and how it shows up in your body, mind, and emotions, helping you understand what your system needs in real time.
You move through a layered practice including Yamuna Body Rolling to release stuck tension, an Energy Medicine Yoga-based yoga practice to regulate your system, and Restorative Yoga to soften and integrate.
Over time, you build a steady rhythm that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of grounding and connection to yourself throughout the year.

This is not about finding more energy. It’s about opening to the energy that is already within you, steady, alive, and accessible.
HI, I AM SILKE
I know the feeling when life becomes a constant have to, and the body keeps going even though everything inside feels tired and disconnected.
I also spent a long time pushing through until I noticed something was missing on the mat. That changed when I was introduced to energy work, body rolling, deep relaxation practices, and the rhythm of the seasons. The more I learned, the more I felt able to move with the ups and downs of life instead of against them.
Body in Rhythm grew from this experience. It is a way of being you carry into everyday life in every season.
Energy is not a luxury; it is the foundation of how you live and feel.

What if I cannot attend live?
All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. You'll have access to the recordings for one full year.
What payment options are available?
Payments can be made in USD or EUR via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or bank transfer to a German account.
Do I need special equipment?
Props are helpful but not required. Recommended items include a bolster, blocks, blankets, a strap, a chair, and an eye pillow. Alternatives will always be offered.
What is the refund policy?
A 95% refund is available within 7 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final. Please email within that timeframe to request a refund (minus third-party processing fees).
